The apartment is situated in Barcelona’s lively Poble Sec neighborhood, very close to the city center.
The apartment is 130 square meters and has been recently renovated and beautifully decorated. There is a luminous living room, big kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 double bedrooms, two big and one of them smaller. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay in Barcelona: TV, wifi, washing machine, iron board, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, induction (for cooking), kettle, freezer, fridge, hair dryer, stoves, two fans, bed linens and towels. There is also a big balcony with a table and chairs and a second smaller balcony in the big double room, both very sunny and with views to the street. Keep in mind that the apartment building has no lift (elevator).
In spite of being minutes from the city center the apartment is very quiet and peaceful.
For bookings over 30 days, supplies as light and water are not included.
There is a 300€ deposit and a 85 € cleaning fee.

Respecting the share areas of the building: stairs and hall, keeping them clean and in silence
Starting at 21.00 hours until 09.00 hours is prohibited any noise and parties.
ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!
In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, and to keep the security deposit.

CHECK IN:
Check in time is from 14:30 hours to 20.00 hours. Late check in fee: 40 € after 20.00 hours, 50 € after 22.00 hours, 60 € after 00.00 hours, 70 € after 01.00 hours.
Tourist taxes are 4,40 € per person per night maximum 7 nights, for guests over 16 years old, payable during check in.
The apartment is situated in Barcelona’s Sant Antoni neighbourhood, known for its theaters, bars and cinemas, You can also walk to the close by Blai Steet or the Arenas Shopping Centre located at Plaça Espanya (Spain square), with a big supermarket and rooftop restaurants offering panoramic views of the city, only 5-10 minutes away from the apartment .
The apartment is only a couple minutes away from the “Poble Sec” metro station or the Sant Antoni Station which are very usefull to go to the beach, the city center or many other places of the city.
However you can also walk to Pl. Catalunya, las Ramblas or the port from the apartment, and be there in no more than 15 minutes. Finally, the “Fira Barcelona” (Barcelona Fair) is only 7 minutes walk from the apartment, just where Paral·lel street meets with Plaça Espanya.
