Comfortable, homely and functional studio in a refurbished building, located in the distinguished and exclusive Salamanca district of Madrid, in the heart of the Golden Mile, where you will find the most emblematic places of the Salamanca district, luxury shops, restaurants, bars, markets and boutiques of the city. The studio is located on the third floor of the building, so it is plenty of natural light and no street noise, decorated with soft and warm colors, fully equipped. The building has a concierge service and an elevator.
The access to the loft is by the entrance hall, immediately to the right side, you entry in an open space where you find the dining room with two windows full of natural light, where you can read, watch TV or relax on the sofa bed and two armchairs.
The living room has a wardrobe and a shelf. On the left side of the dining room there is a small corridor where the bathroom and kitchen are located. The separate bedroom is located entering the studio to the left. It has a small dressing room, a double bed of a bedside table with light and reading light.
For bookings over 30 days, supplies as light and water are not included.

Check in time is from 14:30 hours to 20.00 hours. Late check in fee: 40 € after 20.00 hours, 50 € after 22.00 hours, 60 € after 00.00 hours, 70 € after 01.00 hours.
HOUSE RULES:Maintain order and cleanliness inside the apartment. Respect the common areas of the building: Stairs and landing, keeping them clean and quiet.From 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. any noise / parties and smoking inside the apartment is forbidden. ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, HIGH VOLUME MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to too much noise or bad behavior produced by someone in the group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all those who live with him, be it day or night, and not return any payment already made and keep the deposit.Thanks for your understanding.
