The apartment is located on the third floor of a peculiar and original building, overlooking an interior block courtyard without noise from the street, decorated with soft and warm colors and fully equipped.
The building has a concierge service and an elevator. It has capacity for 3 people. It has a living room, dining room and kitchen in a single environment. It consists of two bedrooms: one of them with a double bed of 1.35 x 1.90 and the other with a single bed of 80 x 1.90. If you need a cot, it must be indicated when making the reservation.

HOUSE RULES:Maintain order and cleanliness inside the apartment. Respect the common areas of the building: Stairs and landing, keeping them clean and quiet.From 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. any noise / parties are prohibited.
ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, HIGH VOLUME MUSIC AND PARTIES and SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!
In case of complaints from the neighbors due to too much noise or bad behavior produced by someone in the group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all those who live with him, be it day or night, and not return any payment already made and keep the deposit.Thanks for your understanding.
