Guests can feel like a real citizen of Barcelona enjoying the best area of the city. From there you can walk to Paseo de Gracia, Plaza Cataluña, Ramblas, Borne; it is close to all public transportation: Muntaner station, buses in Diagonal, tram and tourist bus stop in Francesc Macia.
Ideal for families (maximum 5/6 in total)
The apartment has 100 meters squares with large windows and a lot of natural light. Large lounge and dining room open to the lovely terrace faces the well-known Calvet street. Three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and comfortable kitchen full equipped: microwave, dishwasher, oven, washing machine and all the necessary to cook. TV, WIFI, air-conditioning in the living room. Also maid service, if it is required.

For bookings over 30 days, supplies as light and water are not included. Also, it will be required a deposit of 1000 euros, which will be paid through the Air bnb Resolution Center, The deposit will be refunded through the Air bnb Resolution Center.

Check in time is from 14:30 hours to 20.00 hours. Late check in fee: 40 € after 20.00 hours, 50 € after 22.00 hours, 60 € after 00.00 hours.


Tourist taxes are 2,5 € per person per night maximum 7 nights, for guests over 16 years old, payable during check in.

Apartment is located in area of “rich old people”. It’s good because there is no tourists that’s why it’s quite chill place to live in. In 5 minutes walk you can find Turo Park-the beautiful place to have walks. Near are a lot of authentic restaurants and great supermarket. The apartment is clear,big and stylish. It has 3 bedrooms. Sometimes around the evening it can be a bit noisy because the windows of main bedroom are close to the road so If you are sensitive to noise like me choose to sleep in small bedroom. In general, I really enjoyed staying in apartment and would definitely recommend it.

Our family of four, all adults stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. This is a very nice residential area, away from the very busy town center. Everything we wanted to see and do was either a walk or short cab ride away. We never had an issue finding a taxi. As we explored the neighborhood we discovered many excellent cafes, restaurants, markets, bakeries shopping opportunities, all very close by. Turó park was very nice. As with any big city it can be a bit noisy, consider earplugs for sleeping. Masha met us at the apartment upon arrival and was quick to respond if we had questions during our stay.

Spacious, Bright, Comfortable, Modern, Beautiful, and well-equipped apartment for 4-5 people or a big family with kids. Great location, just above Eixample, walking distance to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, Avenida Diagonal, etc... There is also a very cute balcony with nice plants, perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious too. You will also find an endless option of books to enjoy in your free time as the apartment has a library. Check-in process was smooth. We stayed there for almost 3 weeks with my parents-in-law who are an elderly couple and needed a lot of care and comfort, we were very satisfied in general. Highly recommended property, we would love to stay there again!
